In a recent business agreement, DownEast Wireless purchased Premium Choice Broadband customers that utilize Wireless Partners’ 4G LTE network.
We intend for the transfer to be as seamless as possible. Service plans will stay the same and there will be no disruption of service due to the transfer as long as your paperwork is received. Your billing date will remain consistent with your current billing date with Premium Choice Broadband. There will be no need for changes in equipment, although some subscribers will be upgraded to an exterior unit to ensure optimal service. That upgrade will be done free of charge by DownEast Wireless technicians at your convenience.
Due to this change in service provider you need to update your billing information on the Authorization Form and agree to the terms of service, privacy policy, and acceptable use policy. Please contact us with any questions.
Return the Authorization Form by December 31 and DownEast Wireless will credit your account with a free month of service as a thank you for your patience and assistance in the transfer.
